HX Taekwon-Do is a dedicated martial arts facility in Harolds Cross, Dublin. We are members of the Irish National Taekwon-Do association, and the International Taekwon-Do Federation.
Classes in the traditional martial art and dynamic combat sport are available every weekday, for both adults and children.

HX at the INTA Open 2016

Last weekends INTA Open International Championships was a great success for HX Taekwon-Do, bringing home our most impressive medal haul ever.

We sent out 21 competitors and they came home with 17 Medals: 8 Gold, 7 Silver and 2 Bronze.
Nearly all the silverware came by way of sparring, so if we put in a little extra work on the traditional forms we can expect to break this record this year - onwards and upwards!

We're sending a much smaller squad of 5 juniors to the Cork Open on Sunday, because there's always room on the mantelpiece for little more gold.

The Dojang is closed on Friday the 4th of December as we are heading to Thurles for the INTA winter black belt grading.

Congratulations to our very own Mark Brett on earning his black belt at the INTA grading on Saturday. Mark put in a great performance on the day, leaving no room for doubt and no timber un-smashed. A great day for our dojang and the culmination of nearly five years of hard work.

No rest for the wicked, Mark will be back on the floor this week, busting heads and making grown men cry like lost puppies.
